hks bov (recirculated) on msp

i have a msp and i got a hks bov from a buddy. its recirculated and i got a cutstom intake that goes down like a CAI. i still get that turky sound. i was wondering which way to turn the screw on the bov and maybe hear it more.. i got no directions with it so idk..
