Hi all, I'm new here and just picked up my MSP recently. Car has an Injen intake but man I hate that turkey sound from the stock bpv. I have an HKS SS BOV laying around and would like to put it in my MSP. I've done searches but no luck on an adapter for the stock pipes. Just wondering if there "IS" an adapter out there. If not theres a local CNC shop here that can make one for me but I'd have to order " 10 " in order for them to make a production run.

order the flange adapter from ATPturbo and have it welded on
Was thinking of just doing that since I can't find anything. I'll see if the shop can make a test piece.

The stock pipes are plastic, its a no go. You will need to get a hardpipe kit to run a BOV (to weld it on) and also you will have to relocate you MAF to the cold pipe if you arnt going to be recirculating.
Just want to try having the stock plastic pipes. Not really looking for more HP. I like the MSP just the way it is and I want it that way. But I want the whoosh sound to grab attention sometimes haha... So is there an idling issue if I don't recirculate? Or performance issue? Maybe I'm just better off getting some hardpipes.

you need to relocated your MAF if you want to vent to atmosphere.
hey i just put a front mount on my car and i have my old hardpipes with a hks bov flange already welded if ur interested! there turbohoses too. PM me if interested

Har pipes are worth it, with a aftermarket Sidemount or a FMIC Kit, and if you want stock look just powder coat them black 
But you need to get rid of those plastic pipes....

how does your bov sound like with that set up?
i have hard piping, smic, injen cai and hks bov all about to get installed next week. im anxious
ah itll sound good man!! i had it running on the cold side full vent to atmosphere and it was a really high pitched blow off and when i get a front mount i went with the reloacted maf on the cold side and the bov on the hot side pipe and it sounded even better!! the duration of the blow off was alot longer and more of a deep sounding high pitched blow off! heres a pic of my setup!

and i just ordered eibach prokit springs and black powdercoated valve cover. cant wait
