HKPRO5's Supercharger Build Thread

=( no I keep putting it off. Im going to night shift in April so ill have the time to do it then. Just need the money now.

I also want to find a cap for the EGR fitting on the 626 headers, Do you know what size it is Bedwards?

I could tell you the thread pitch, just got to check but not sure on size, do you still have the egr fitting? its hidden so I just cut it and bent the pipe over a couple times and clamped/crimped it

On the headers that I have the the EGR fitting is way smaller than 1/2" like the Protege one is. I guess ill get anything you got. lol

its a 1.5 thread pitch, on my probe stock header, if I had to guess I would say an m14 or m16, I have a spare line with both nuts on them

Washed. It's been forever. Got some things in the works for future projects. I'm going to night shift soon so I'll have time to do then.

2 gauge radio surround
NASCAR front splitter on a DG lip
Drivers side foglight intake duct
Wire tuck

I know there are a few other things...

Oh 1/2" FIP is the closest size, gOing to use some sealant with it. If I have time I'll be slapping that on with the breather filter tomorrow.

Ok, this week ill be picking up some small stuff to make the Dyno session better. New K&N intake filter (RB-0700) and Spark Plugs (1 step colder)

EDIT:

03-31-11 I cleaned up the vac lines, trying to get someone to weld the HKS flange on my alum. piping so i can have the BOV on the hot side. =)

My last attempt didnt work so well with having the bov too close to the MAF.

Edit: 04-1-11 I dont want to post alot. lol

Got a SpeedCircuit Straight water neck in the mail today, now i just have to figure out how to make it work. =)

Found a bad ass program for making switch panels. Although this setup here would cost $47 to make. So... Ill just pick up some ABS and make it myself. lol

Here will be the switches for the SC and 2nd cooling fan. Also a voltage gauge if i can find a 5v power source.

yea I would like a 12v voltage gauge....lol I purchased the wrong one. The power source needed is 5v. Although the inputs handle up to 100v lol.

Yup the lenses are a little hash and the drivers side is aimed a bit too low but it was a pretty good deal for $100 with bulbs.
