hey i'm new to the whole mazda thing and just purchased a new mazdaspeed3 2008 and i would really like to purchase a TurboXS Hybrid, but i was searching to buy one and all the infor says 06-07. I was wondering if anyone knew if it will also directly fit my 08? i just didn't know if all the engine stuff was the same? Thank you.

As long as its for the mazdaspeed3, it'll work. Ithink turboXS jus thas the years wrong
Bought the "06-07" for my 2008, fits perfectly
On a side note, talked to Chris from SU on the phone, great guy btw, he said the only differences from 2006/7-2008 are so small that most people will never know, and it definitly won't make any difference for the aftermarket parts you buy

Kinda on topic so here ya go, i just set up my HKS for recuirc and the "fluter" problem gets worse, and there is no way to adjust it other than finding a softer spring somewhere. HKS doesnt make one that i can find. Its a very well constructed peice and while im sure it would be fantastic on many applications i dont think our car is one of them. It should be noted however that there was no flutter or problems what so ever untill i installed my intake. I love it in VTA, but our cars like recuirc.
Mine has never backfired.... how many washers do you have installed? Set it to four washers and you should be fine.

txs recommends 2. thats where mine is, but i've only got a race pipe and intake.
EDIT: they suggest, and i actually run 4, not 2. sorry!

Me too. I almost went and bought it during lunch.

The thin supplied hose seemed kinda scrawny, so I just replaced it all with stronger vacuum hose
Just got my cobb sri installed, but its already 10pm. Work tomorrow then a concert with my girl......
SATURDAY I should be able to post up pics and sounds clips. It sounds AMAZING! It was worth 4 weeks on backorder! Turbo XS hybrid and cobb sri FTW!!
