Heres the situation: I had ordered a ViS CF Hood a week ago and hes (guy i got it from) not going to be able to get it for about a month! So, i have roughly $400 to spend this coming friday and need some suggestions.....I need to buy something with it before the wife has her own ideas!! (thought) Next week im getting the DG CF grill so thats not in the picture right now, and also eventually the DG Autoexe style CF wing if they start producing it soon.
SO!!! i was looking into the Unorthodox Racing Crank Pulley ($200) along with the Nology Wire Group Buy ($150 i think)? Or get the 03.5 MSP custom fog light kit ($135) to go along with my MSP Lip? I mean if theres suggestions you guys can give me that i havent thought of yet would help me out a bunch!! It can be both speed and looks, whatever! I just have to get rid of this money quick!! Check the sig for things i already have...

O yeah, i have an Automatic so no flywheels or short shifters

Not sure how it works on PR5's but UR crank pulley's have a habit of causing premature rod bearing wear.

Replica: Ive heard so many stories on crank pulleys that i dont even listen anymore. I have had one on my cavalier for almost a year with only one problem.....spinning the wheels too much (naughty) im thinking of purchasing it, just weighing my options.

....and about the nitrous and slotted rotors, ive thought about it but nitrous is a little dangerous for my motor and my son. and the rotors are on my list I went ahead and ordered the NOLOGY wire kit and its on its way.

slotted rotors heat up very quickly. they work by biting into the brake pads wich causes a lot of friction (heat), and the last thing you want are heat soaked brakes. might wanna look into cross drilled slotted rotors instead. best of both worlds, right? dont know where to find em tho. good luck

found some slotted rotors at corksport. $265 for the front and $149 for the rear. you could get the front ones now and put em on. since we primarilly use the front brakes for stopping anyways, and get the rears later. just an idea.

u could get a tranny cooler! i know essentialspeed sells them in their turbo kit. dunno if they sell em alone. but u could call em up and see if they do.

corksport also carrys guage faces that are really cool. i really like the mazdaspeed one they just got. also like the carbonfibre guage bezel they have too. should go nicely with your carbonfibre dash kit.

surf corksport, they have a lot of neat stuff there.

1. You can barely see them if you are really trying to look.
2. The supposedly make your pedal stiffer...

In a hydraulic system pressure is equal in all directions. This means the fluid is pushing as hard on the sides of your brake lines as it is on your brake piston. Typical rubber brake lines can bulge a little. The steel braiding on stainless brake lines resists this bulging, to provide better braking. Whether or not you'll ever notice the difference?.....I don't know!
