As some of you might already know, i am a disabled combat veteran. The reason i am creating this thread is because i need a little help, if possible. I purchased some land to have a house put on and ran into some road blocks. Being a disabled combat veteran i was able to get a Certificate Of Eligibility to obtain a VA Home Loan.The problem is, you cannot obtain a VA Home Loan for a house that isnt on a permanent foundation, have utilities hooked up already, and doesnt have the proper permits. I have already purchased the land, but now have to come up with the cash to have power extended to it, a well drilled and permited, and have a permanent foundation built. I have created a GoFundMe account to help with the costs. I am just asking for a little help due to most of the money i make goes to supporting my family and having a current roof over our heads. If you guys can help if you have the ability, i would greatly appreciate it. A little can go a long way. I couldnt think of a better bunch of folks to ask. I am very embarassed of even asking people for help, but my wife and i couldnt think of any other way. Thanks in advance guys!!!!!
