Hello Mazda.

I just joined this forum and want to browse around and see what kind of feedbacks/experience people have with the technicals of the MazdaSpeed. I am a Honda owner currently driving a 2000 Honda Prelude and a 2000 Honda S2000. I am also a Toyota Driver with a 1987 Corolla GT-S. I love the Mazdaspeed and hope to drive one someday.

Hi Guys, I live in Toronto.

BTW, so far I've read about a few problems with the first year production with the car.

1. engine hesitation (perhaps due to bad plugs?)
2. bad amp
3. bad clutch (same as engine hesitation?)

Generally, I think Mazda are quite reliable (other than the 7's with boost). What are your initial impressions with the outcome / output of your cars?

I have had several recalls on our S2000's, and was not happy with the recalls eventhough the parts were replaced. My clutch buzz / vibrates quite heavily on the S2000, and the Prelude's tranny pop's out of 5th Gear during WOT Vtec. Honda's service isn't the best either, I was asked to leave my own dealer and called stupid after being ***** of an oil change that costed me $100+ CDN.

I've never experienced a Mazda, any comments are welcome BTW, who's from Toronto? I always see a short haired asian guy driving a Orange one.
