I am hearing a clicking sound coming from the front left of the car when coming out of my underground garage. The underground ramp slightly turns toward the right during the assension. I do not go fast in the ramp (about 5 Km/h .. 3 mph) and there is no bump on that ramp. What could cause that sound ?

Could it be a stone caught between the stone guard and brake disc?

Not necessarily - during a right turn, you'd be more likely to hear it as the back of the tire is outside the wheel well so you'd be more likely to hear a stone in the treads than if you were going straight or turning to the left.

I went for an oil change last week and I talked about the noise and apparently, the top plate bearing is defective and needs to be replaced.

When they replaced the top plate bearing, the problem was 'gone'. Since I am not using my car often, the clicking noise was somehow gone. Lately, the clicking noise is back and happens when going over speed bump. I wonder if it is linked to this issue.

If it makes a clicking sound when making a sharp turn, I'd suspect a bad cv joint. In a parking lot, turn the steering wheel sharply, then floor it. If you hear a click click click, that's a joint. Try it the other direction, shouldn't be there.
If it is a strut bearing, it will make a sound over loud bumps.
CV joints should never be bad on a new car, if it makes a click, it is defective.
