Hard shifting

Hi all! Recently I started to experience hard shifting into first gear, I've notice that it's usually bad during hot days or if I've been sitting in traffic, but never at night.
I thought maybe I'll bleed the clutch line and maybe it'll take care of the issue, but the bleed made no difference.
Could it be the slave cylinder? Master Cylinder has been replaced, added ACT clutch and flywheel, Sychomesh oil about 10K ago. Kartboy SS 50k ago. Car has about 140K.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Check the shifter bushings. Not only by the shifter but up by the transmission.

Ya that is what I heard that it is the bushings! Mine does it too but like you said only once in a while.

Well, I've changed out the bushings close to the transmission and it's still hard to shift on hot days or if I've been sitting in traffic. Should I change out the oil? Maybe its the slave cylinder? I hope it's not the syncho!
