how'd you get the stock lever off?

the ebrake, i had to use a razor and just cut off the stock material/slide it off.

the auto shifter, there are two screws.

hey, if you do this mod, i'll join you guys. I got my E-brake knob that i haven't installed yet, but i'm still waiting for a boot to come out for it. Chris, when you did this, did you get a chance to see it without a boot? Does it look really weird. I wanna throw it on, and wait for shaundarbie to make a boot for it, which he is doing now. But yeah, if it's ugly, than i'll wait.

i would wait... lol once u take off the rubber, u just see a metal pole under it. im not sure how long your new ebrake handle is though... would hafta see it

this has been an interest to me as well, cause the stock is just bland, i do like the momo handles, but didnt know if it could be done, now id just have to cust the rubber off and slide on the momo. hey L8R, could you post some pics for me if you could so i could see what the finished product looks lik?

no problem. ill take pics this weekend (sunday will be my free day)

but yah, u have to cut the rubber and pretty much throw it away. once u install the momo ebrake, it will probably stay on there for the life of the car, unless u buy another cheap one when u sell the car.

I ordered a Momo Pit Stop, boot, and the GRID for my floormats the other day.. should match my Momo peds pretty good, I'll report when I get them in..
