Halogen high beams no longer working (2015 CX-5)

I have a 2015 CX-5 Touring AWD and the high beams (halogen) stopped working (both simultaneously) the other day. I've already changed out the bulbs and checked the fuse (#34) yesterday, and they're still not working.

Am thinking of changing the relay, but can't seem to find them at any parts store.

Would appreciate any insight from others who have already experienced this problem and hear what the most likely cause and fix are.

Haven't had the problem, but you could first swap one of the less important relays (like the A/C relay, or rear defrost relay) in the fuse block over to the headlight position. If that cures it, you know what you need to do. If not, then keep looking.

Buy a voltmeter, and pull the relay, and check that there's voltage there. Or maybe check the headlamp connector, first. Yeah, that'd be better!

I've changed the bulbs, the fuse, the relay, and the switch on the column...to no avail? I'm now at a loss, other than a wiring issue. I'm looking for suggestions and advice. TIA.

Inspect the wire harness, check the connectors for broken wires, broken contact pins and do a continuity test.

Thanks for the suggestions...It was an issue with the aftermarket remote start. It's been fixed. Thanks again!
