Greddy TImer Need Help!!

Ok,

THis is for all of you that have installed a Greddy full auto timer.

I just installed mine today, and the timer works and keeps the car on for the calculated time. The problem comes up when the timer runs out and turns off the car. after about 30 to 60 secs the timer turns on again, then it turns off. I does this on and off till the alarm picks it up and it goes crazy.

SO the issue is: bad timer or I am just a dumb @$$ and did not hook it up right.


Please HELP!

I'd say it wasn't hooked up right. I have the same timer on my car and it doesn't do that at all. However, it sounds like it may be the timer itself the more I think about it... Where'd you get it?

Hey I was looking into the Greddy Timer... doesn't it void ur car's warrenty?? THats what my dealership told me

I am skipping the turbo timer for my car. My Viper 550 ESP has remote start. Before I get out of the car, I hit both buttons on the remote, wait for the doors to unlock, then take the key out of the ignition. I get out of the car, shut the door and hit the lock button on the remote. The alarm will keep the car running for 12 minutes or until I hit both buttons on the remote again.

Problem solved, no headaches.

OK...I am glad that my tt was bad and that I did not hook it up wrong....

Well its working now and I am happy about that
