Grand-Am Bosch Engineering 250 @ VIR ~ May 13-15, 2011

Yeah, i'd say go for it. It's not an expensive room right?

So depending on what happens with me by the end of today, I'm on for this weekend. The original plan for the project I was working on in Kentucky is on hold due to the flooding. So my boss is trying to see if anyone else needs help for the week. If not, I'm in the office for the week and I'll bounce out of there early on Friday.

Ok. I'd see if they can. I'm not exactly sure what time I'm going to be able to leave work yet. I have 3 reports due on Thursday.

So depending on what time we have to be at the track Friday. I think Jen and I will just meet Dave and Tom @ 77 and 39. Then roll with them to Hillsville (pretty nice hotels at that exit btw). Then get up bright and early and only have that 2 hour drive, it just sounds a lot better taking that state route in the daylight hours.

Can someone keep an emergency spot on the floor if needed? As of right now, I'm on for the weekend. My boss told me I might have to help move some equip in the north end of SC and that'd be perfect! I'll have to make a bit of a detour on the way back home. Hehehe

you can spoon with Phen

just wanted to point out that there's a good chance of rain this weekend ... boooo! but anyway, make sure you bring your rain gear and crappy shoes in case (so as not to ruin your new pilotis!!)

at least we have a tent. that always helps tons!!!

so do we have a departure time for tomorrow? if we're leaving before 6 then I need to know so I can tell my boss.

is Fez coming? are we doing anything special for lunch?

my original plan was to depart at 4p, but marlon has to work until 4p ... so i'm thinking we won't leave until about 5p.

fez is NOT coming to this one.

no plans for lunch, so if you want to do your healthy sammy's again, go for it. i may try to do that too, depending on how much time i have to get the stuff. i'm not bringing the grill.

what time is phen having to work until? it's just us 4 heading out from here (pablo, phen, marlon and me) ... everyone else is heading out earlier ... trying not to leave TOO late, as it's going to take us about 8 hours i think ...

You can always drop me off at work, pick me at work and we can hit the road! It takes 7.5 hours, it is driving through the twisties at night that is the issue.

I can probably split work at 4 or 430 tomorrow. That puts me home at 5 (latest). I'm more or less all packed and ready. I plan to co-pilot on this trip.

i am leaving work at 330p and going home to pack up the waggin. got alot of stuff to put in there, but i am going to push it to be ready to leave home about 5pm. you kids can get started and we'll catch up. only making ONE STOP because my gps says it's 9 hours (???) so don't want to get there any later than necessary ... ya know what i mean??

and PLEASE everyone try to be at the track about 9am tomorrow! we have ALOT of stuff to do, get goody bags together, etc and we'll need all the help we can get!! thanks!!

Just want to put this out there for you guys. We have receved items from Mazdaspeed and Castrol, we wil also have items from Grand-Am as well. We will need help on Friday with the goodie bags, getting prepped for Saturdays mad rush of Mazda owners.
