whatsup guys... ok my friend gave me a garret t3 from a buick grand national... spoolin will this work with your manifold??? i know its a 3 bolt flange so i will have to probably change that part.... if it doesnt work what do i have to get in order for it to fit properly??

There are 2 flanges, one is the exhuast side, this is 3 bold. The other flange should be a 4 bolt flange that looks like a rectangle. If you have this you are good to go. If you have pics I can verify this better

It seems like it has a 3 bolt.. kind of in a triangle form.. the other flange seems to be a rectangle but has to bolts that are diagnol from each other... ill try to email you some pics......

The T3 off the GN is closer to a T3/T4 it is a larger T3. but yes is has standard T3 flanges to answer your question. The triangle type flange you see it the exit for the turbine into the downpipe. The rectangular flange you see is the inlet to the turbine where your manifold will bolt to. They are great turbos though if they are in good condition so in a summary yes is should fit on Spoolins manifold......oh yeah Terry next time you see me online hit me up I came up with an awesome stage 3-4 upgrade for your kit man I think you will like it.

thanks alot CHdesign... yeah the turbo did seem a lil bigger then some T3's i've seen around... To be exact what kind of name is this kind of turbo given like t3/T04 or something???... Garrett is printed on the side and the turbo came with this race pipe piece to bolt on to the flange... so that is why i was hoping i could use Spoolin's manifold because the race pipe looks sweet and i was told it could be useful on the track... also it has an internal wastegate.. can i convert it to external because i would like to hear the turbo spool as i drive?? Thanks alot for the info..

Ok I know this sounds dumb but like our family has a tractor dealership. And the tractors or most of them have turbo's. So would those like work for a car or are they low rpm turbos since tractors run at a max or 1000rpms. They're Garett turbos with .45 stamped on the side. Cuz' if so I can get them for free then it would be really cheap to put on my car. Muahaha

also it has an internal wastegate.. can i convert it to external because i would like to hear the turbo spool as i drive?? Thanks alot for the info..
Yeah the turbo should fit, since our manifolds work on t3's and t3/t4's. You can hear a turbo spool up with an internal wastegate, just as well as one with an external if its plumbed back into the downpipe. Or you can run the turbo with an external wastegate and dump ito the atmosphere, this makes a loud hissing and popping sounds once you have reached full boost. Sounds very tuff!.
Here are some pics with manifolds utilizing external and internal waste gates
Here is a pic with a shorty manifold and an external wastegate.

Here is a pic of a full tubular with a wastegate

Here is a pic of my car with a full tubular header and NO external wastegate. The wastegate is of an internal type and mated to the turbo.

We also make the shorty manifold with NO external wastegate
