was on the road slowing down for a car turning left and this guy came flying up behind me and slammed into me. he was doin about 45, told me he was playing with the radio, and squealed into my rear left side. it was the left side cuz he tried to swerve out of the way. luckily there was no oncoming traffic cuz if there had been then he probably wouldn't have tried to swerve and the back of #584 would be totally gone, and if he had still swerved then he might be dead and many more cars would be busted up. its about 4g's in damages and it was completely his fault so i don't have to shell out a penny but it still sucks. in south carolina it doesn't matter how it happened if you rear end someone it's your fault. absolutely no matter what. so i could cut someone going 65mph off and if they hit me cuz i'm doing 35 it's still their fault. my back hurts a little so i'm goin to the doctor in a day or two to get it checked out and i get a rental car tomorrow too. hope i get something good and not a bad kia or toyota. kid was driving with a suspended license. the cop had in the car for a while but let him out. i thought he was gonna go to jail. oh well, it's just a car. i realize that more now than ever. never really been in an accident today. i'd post pictures but i don't know how...if anyone wants to clue me in i'll get them up asap. anyways...thanks to everyone on the boards who have answered my car questions. oh and i wanted to let everyone know that i was checkin my trunk yesterday for water leaks cuz it's been non-stop rain in south carolina for the past 2 weeks and under the trunk liner on the left side there was a pool of water so check that out.
