Does it seem odd to anybody that in both this and our stock setup, the air the BPV vents has about 2 feet of tubing to travel through before it gets back into the action? I don't have even the slightest clue as to how fast air travels through intake piping, so I guess it's entirely possible that 2' is just as good as 2" in this situation. It just seems like if the BPV was turned 180 degrees and an angled fitting was welded onto the Injen, the air would get back into the mix much quicker. Given the angle the flange is installed, the air would re-enter the intake basically at the same point, so you wouldn't have to worry about backing through the MAF...

You can have 1 inch or a few feet with no difference at all. As long as you recirculate the air.

You sure he didn't say the life of the engine. Intercooler is after the turbo?
Oops yeah, scarry, but not sure now.

I am hoping to have the answers back from Mazda tomorrow...

fast lane...looks awesome...congrats on the modification.

As for the kit not using "T-Clamp"....I am running 10psi on a IHI VF-22 and never ever had one of Hiboost's connections come off.

I did however invest in some T-Clamps...for cosmetic reasons.

The new hks bpv sound like a half turkey and psst sound at high rpms if you switch gears fast other than that it still gobbles at low rpm shifts..
