got 3 "U" codes.. need help ASAP!

well was on my way to get inspection today and right as a i got there...the CEL came on..yay!... anyways i ran to autozone and had them check the code. He said he'd never seen a code like this. i expected something horrible but he said it was the first U code he'd ever seen. anyways here are the codes.. i'm assuming one is throwing the rest off. anyone know how to fix any of these? btw im 3 months over inspection and really need it done ASAP!

U0101 Communication error to TCM

U0121 Communication error to ABS HU/CM

U0155 Communication error to instrument cluster

That's odd!

I just got U0121 and U0155 (the first CEL ever) right after plugged in ScanGauge.

U codes are 'CAN' communication codes, have you had the re-flash done for this?

Have you unplugged are done anything around the instrument cluster ???

The fog lights were installed over a year ago.

Swapped out OEM battery with an Optima on 10/22.

Plugged in Scan Gauge 10/25 morning.

Got CEL 10/25 afternoon.

Other than there's no electrical work.

No re-flash done. Is there an TSB?

when you did the battery swap i assume you didn't have the car running so you didnt loose presets

what is scan gauge ?? Aftermarket code reader or datalogger ??

No. I was not that brave. I'd rather re-enter all radio presets than shorting out electrical system.

I got those codes when I unplugged my Scan Gauge while the car was running. I cleared the codes and now I only unplug after the car is off. It's never happened again.

how in the world are you going to have the car running without the battery? and if so why the heck would anyone do that.

did it all the time so i didnt have to reset cust. presets. you start the car then unhook the battery ( car will run off alt.) and hook the new battery up and your good to go.
