I'm looking for an appartment in central Jersey area, any suggestion to what website I should use?

I've only used www.rent.com But in some area's there are small "stores" that you can sit down with a human and work through it. Often helps when you need to fine tune what your looking for such as a certain school district.

Thanks, keep the suggestions coming. Unfortunately craigslist doesn't have a section for jersey.

Yeah, I noticed that after I posted it too... punks...

edit: Actually, go here:
http://newyork.craigslist.org/jsy/

Once you're in the apt section, just click on NJ to look at the listings

Where in central jersey? Are you considering splitting a two-bedroom place with a roommate?

I'm looking for a place in the eastern half of the state...I work near Eatontown

Thanks alot, these site will be real useful when I get down to business.

Justin- I'm looking for a place probably in New Brunswick, maybe Lambertville...don't wanna live in a regular suburb and need to be relatively close to where I work (Princeton)

if you are planning to live with a roommate, you might want to check out, www.roommates.com, i had a hard time looking for a roommate when i got my apartment, but not even 30 before, i found a roommate for my apartment.

I don't know if living with a roommate is what you prefer, but if your options are open, then i would really suggest taking a look at that site. register first with them, 3 weeks later you will get an email to subscribe at 50% off.

Good luck with your hunt. Its going to be bloody expensive.

Yup wrong side of the state. I currently live near New Brunswick, but hate my 35 mile commute.

Lambertville is AWESOME but very expensive.
