Goo Gone problem =(

So I had tape residue on the black trim around my window, so i went ahead and used some goo-gone to try to get it off but now there's a haze to the plastic. stupid me. Anyone know any product that could fix it a little?

You might try "Back to Black". I think Mother's makes it. Heck, some Dawn might remove the haze.

Did the same thing to my hood when removing the pin stripes. Luckily I learned from my mistake so wasn't entire car. Haze is still there though after many washes, waxes, clays, etc. I tried some polish and buff's but nothing has worked yet. You can only see it if you get close, angle into the light, etc. But still annoying.

really? on the clearcoat?? i used googone on the back to get off the dealer sticker and seems fine. but yea..i guess there's a reason they make automotive formula
