So I picked up another MSP and seeing what interest there is in stuff. The engine is coming out, it ran but sounded like it had a spun bearing so I won't know about parting out the engine until I get it pulled and torn down. Car will be getting a KL so pretty much anything under the hood will be useless to me.

Hey i just bought a msp! And the guy that owned it before me had taken the turbo off! And it lags in first gear when you take off! I was wondering if you knew if it would be cheaper to put a stock turbo back on or to put an aftermarket turbo with a front mounted intercooler

You should put the stock turbo on. with a aftermarket FMIC.

Yea the clutch was great. Unfortunately the motor was not haha.

no shaft play and spins freely. Doesn't look like there are any leaks. I'll know more once I get it pulled. I finally get to work a normal shift tomorrow so hopefully the rain will stop and I can pull some parts this week/end.
