I would assume so. I only used it to pull on the trailer and back off the trailer. So I know 1st and reverse works haha. Other than that I'm not 100% sure since the car I got it from had a spun bearing and never really got to drive/test it.

cosmetically it isn't the prettiest. works flawlessly though. Ran it for about 2 years with no issue. It is permanently adhered to the universal 2.5" pipe though.
