GI : Brake cooling ducting

Hi guys, sorry I've been slack. I've got a few things to finish/fix/repair on my own car, and I changed jobs a couple months back and lose lots of time from the extra driving distance.
Things should settle down in a couple months when I relocate closer to work, then I can get back to spending my time on the undertray and brake ducting.

Chicaboo.

Thanks for the update. Take your time and get it done right! Well, don't TAKE take your time!! I am kinda looking to get this soon so hurry up. But take your time as well..... Yeah, kinda hurry up...sorta!

Yo I've been trying this for awhile. You need to kill the washer fluid reservoir (or get a tiny ass one) and since I've got the WW bumper, there's no holes to cut in it. The foglight holes in it go straight through.

Hey Maxx, I'm not looking to use a tubular duct, so I don't forsee us needing to relocate the washer bottle, it's a similar obstacle as the pod filter position on the driver's side anyway.
We're still looking at appropriate material to cast the first moulds with too. But if I'm lucky, I'll be able to score twilightprotege's old guard liners after his froint bumper is repaired. I can then cut these up and possibly use them as casts so I know I won't impact on the tyre space...

Cheers,
Gav.

Sweet deal Gav! (My name's Nick!) I was thinking of a flattened type duct as well. My dad has a C5 corvette and his brake ducts are flattened like that. Even with a flattened duct though, there's not much room around the washer fluid bottle. The sedan one is smaller (no rear washer) but I don't know that that would provide with adequate clearance. however, on the driver's side it'd be cool to have the main duct split off into two. One for the CAI and then one for the brakes. Something to chew on...
