I've got one that's kinda trivial and humorous: Hubby and I were in our newly set up living room in an old house that we're staying in. We hadn't used the room yet so we're sitting there watching a featurette on The Haunting. Well, featurette ends and there is total silence, save for footsteps going up the stairs right outside the door. WTF! Freaked the s*** out of us! Turns out it was just one of the owners of the house going out the door at the bottom of the stairs (the whole place is creaky so that's why it sounded like it was on the stairs). It wasn't totally unfounded, as I mentioned in the other thread, my hubby heard footsteps going up to the level above our room a couple weeks before. Weird.

correction, they tried to dress him up and run down the hall, he couldnt run as fast as the figure cause he couldnt see...

They need to actually scare the s*** out people (not that they weren't scared in the first place), but I mean really scare the **** out of them. Like have them feel around a dark room and have somebody grab them or something like that. The prize would be like $25,000, but you have to last through the night. Catch is that they think that they are there to investigate, not be scared shitless.

they told the ghost tracker to run as fast as he can and he said he couldn't bacause he couldn't see anything and he was afraid that he would fall over the rail, but that doesn't mean that none of the other crew members didn't do it.........The expert said that they had nothing that was solid to use as proof of the jail being haunted. Even this footage was cancelled out as proof.
