GHL Motorsports True Turboback Pictures

oh wait, did you get dp or cat pipe? the 2nd 02 sensor is in the cat pipe, its in there, theres no 02 sensor in the downpipe.

I ordered the DP which includes everything up until the stock catback. I guess I'll be calling phill on Monday. I need one o2 sensor to run the stock o2 sensor, and I figure if theres supposed t be on there and I don't have it, they should take care of it, rather than me having to go to an exhaust shop where they will charge me to do it.

I'm not looking for a second bung, I need the one that goes after the cat.

they will take care of it if its forgotten, they have great custy service. at least i have so far.

any dyno numbers yet?
Wagner FMIC, Wagner SRI = 173.3 whp and 174.9 lb/ft
Wagner FMIC, Wagner SRI, GHL Turbo-back = 183.1 whp and 177.2 lb/ft

There were gains throughout the whole powerband, most noticeably in the higher RPM's.

Can you post the dyno sheets?
Yeah I'll try to get those up ASAP.

thats it 10 whp and 3 lb/trq sounds kind of low...
1)Well if you find the turbo magazine article on ION's products, they dyno'd the car at 180 something wheel horsepower with an ION CAI, FMIC, and Turbo-back exhaust. So I'm right there with the same bolt-ons.

2)I don't have a boost gauge and I have no idea how many lbs I'm boosting. But its my understanding that gains will be more significant at higher boost.

3)Beyond the numbers, the perfomance of my car has increased dramatically. The car pulls so much harder and longer, almost as if the powerband was extended. So going by my "seat of my pants" dyno, I've loved the way my car performs since the installation of this exhaust.

what psi?

yeah, for a FMIC and SRI, plus a turboback, 10 peak HP gain does seem low.
Also, I've got my suspicions, but I think its worth mentioning...I think my Greddy Type-S might be leaking. So I suspect that boost might not be holding steady. Needless to say, a boost gauge is my next purchase for the car. :)

Yeah, peak numbers don't really tell the whole story, it would be cool to see the dyno sheets. I wonder what the biggest power gain was throughout the whole rpm range.

yeah, the Turbo/iON MSP got up to around 202whp at 10psi, but they said it started knocking, so they decided to shut it down. If you're running stock boost, those aren't bad numbers. I bet you'll feel it if you run 10psi or so.

Well, without the cat and resonator, shouldn't the power gains be greater because of elss air restriction? Either way, I'm pleased with this exhaust, and I think with more supporting mods and higher boost and tuning, it will yield some nice gains across the board.

Yeah i guess the peak gains would really show the huge gains. In that article the ion showed something like 30 whp in the upper rpm range
