Unfortuantely, it's not gonna sound much different. I still have my catless Apex DP on with the factory cat back and it sounds just slightly louder than stock. That racing beat muffler really does it's job of keeping things very quiet.Bhamsan said:Oh man, I can't wait until my DP shows up. Is there any chance someone could get some pics or sound clips up of the 3" catted DP with the stock catback exhaust?
I'd rather have sounding like stock. Loud exhaust = tickets. I should know, I've gotten 3, twice pulled over just for the exhaust.vodapas77 said:Unfortuantely, it's not gonna sound much different. In that case I predict you will be quite happy with the results. It should have a pretty good tone under heavy acceleration and be quite civil during day to day driving.Bhamsan said:I'd rather have sounding like stock. Loud exhaust = tickets. The folks at GHL are more than happy to weld a bung (or bungs) in for you if you ask them when you order! I did!JDM Sam said:You people might wanna consider welding a O2 bung on there while its off if you plan on getting a wide band or tapping it for an EGT probe.
