I would have to disagree with the underage drinking in a public area. I am too old to deal with cops hassling me for drinking. And if I am the only one over 21, guess who they will think bought the beer? Don't get me wrong, I do my fair share of beer guzzling. Not that light beer/water stuff. More like ales and stouts. The dark beers you cannot see through...

However, hanging out and sharing ideas about our cars and other stuff is cool with me. I just do not want to constantly be looking over my shoulder for any rookie cops with attitudes. Let's get a plan of what to do, and go for it. I am sure going to some food will be needed. Where to go?

ya id rather not drink just cause ill have to drive, id rather just have a good time without worrying about anything, that way too if any cops try messin with us they wont have s*** on us. I liked the mall idea...is anyone familure with that area that may know of some tight places to go to and/or eat at?

There is always Sonny's BBQ. There are a few around Gainesville. Also had it last year at the Promazda meet. The one off of Archer is ok. I think the parking is not too bad either. Archer road off of 75 is restaurant row. It is all there. I agree, Gainesville sucks for good pizza.

Cool, so I will not feel so old. I wonder how many people we can get to show. There are a bunch of guys in Orlando and Tampa that met at Promazda in Ocala last fall. The lot at Oaks Mall is huge, great place to get pics. Then go get food and do whatever.

well thursday night the car club of UF, INTMO (international motorsports) used to hold meetings at the ale house parking lot on archer until they got kicked out and they have not moved to one of the UF parking garages across from shands AFAIK

I'll try to get the miami guys to roll up,but they might not want to if we're not even sure whats going on. We should see if we can get some more people out of orlando and tampa though.

BTW did anyone else notice the 19th is a monday??!?!?

17th would work better for me
