I spent the whole day to day working on my car installing all the parts my self.
Exhaust went on fine,
Turbo timer wired up,
BOV works but have very rough Idle (will fix later when I get the time and $$$$ to head off to a dyno and get the car tuned.)
Finally intercooler and hard piping.....
The aluminum pipes would not fit easily, so I decided to opt to have a shop install them later. I removed my front bumper to see if I could fit the intercooler in with out losing my fog and well it did not work. I took my fog lights out went to try again, did not fit still. So I call my friend who works a speed shop near by. He comes over and says " You will need to cut you front bumper a little, you need to get two of your pipes bent a little more, and the turbo is to small. (He was joking about this part as he said I should up to a T3/T04b or larger to even think about hanging with his RX-7). So I go to put the Intercooler away and it slips out of my hand and hits the edge of one of my jacks bending one of the cores quite badly. If you imagine a intercooler looks like this ||| mine now looks like this ||(. So I will need to take it all to a shop to have it installed and fixed.
Total time spent working 10 hours and 32 mins, non stop.
Also I was thinking of having the whole thing powder coated black so that it is harder to see from the front what do you all think?
