I wonder if a raffle would work in this case...Although, there might not be that many people willing to purchase tickets at the price required to total the value of this special Mazda...but at least it would surely go to an interested Member of this community.

What if they were $100 a piece? Only need 140 then. You could sell the raffle tickets, then if the car sells before enough is sold you give everyone their money back, but if enough are sold you hold the raffle.
