I bought these as individual lamp assemblies without the wiring harness. They were $87.54 ea ( http://www.streetsideauto.com/search.asp?keywords=PIAA+5401&x=20&y=17 )
I installed them less than two months ago and ended up getting an MSP front lip so they have to go. They were on my car for about one month and are in like-new condition. I used the plugs from the stock fogs so all you have to do is bolt them up and plug them into your factory fog connectors. You can run them with or without the rock guards. These are very high quality lights. They work really well, especially compared to the stockers.

Yep. I used some washers to space it correctly and those are all included as well. I can give you more detailed info if you need it but its really easy.
