Yeah P5's are sadly dropping in price; on the Private market anyway. Don't expect to be getting 4K-5K this time next year. If you have plans to upgrade to another Mazda in the future this is probably the your best time to get some cash out of your P5's. This one looks like a solid deal. GLWS!
 
You really think so? The one above looks pretty good in the pics for an 85,000 mile car. Check these out, I don't doubt many of them have some imperfections;
