I've been noticing recently something's going on with the MSP, but I'm having trouble pinpointing the problem. I *think* its somewhere in the front end, but I'm up for suggestions on what to check.
The ride quality's been kind of going downhill the past 2 months, I attributed it at first to the new tires (Kuhmo Ecsta MXs - not the most comphy ride in the world), but lately its started feeling like something's "loose" (Hard to describe - but its most noticable at mid-speeds: 30-50mph) and I've been bottoming out when going up/down driveways & such (ones that I wasn't previously doing this on). I've also noticed the front end has been making a new squeak/squish noise when I go over speed bumps, or bad roads (plenty of those here). I noticed a cold squeal last winter (dealer couldn't replicate) so part of me wonders if that last one is bushings that need replancement.
I think its possible its still attributable to the tires, and that I'm being paranoid, but I thought I'd ask to see if anyone had seen similar symptoms. I'm a little worried I've messed up some part of my suspension - especially since I stared noticing the symptoms after a bad AutoX that chunked the hell out of my previous tires and was designed so I kept bottoming out under braking at one point (the lot has some moderate elevation changes). I did note that I'd scraped all the paint from the front of my tow hooks that day.... (crazy)
On a totally unrelated note: does anyone have a recommendation for brake fluid? I need to get the system bled this week...
