Fresh wash and wax - found something interesting, too.

Yay wash and wax and de-stickerizing. I have my fraternity decal and the cross on the rear. That's all.

She's got a little over 48,000 on her. My average MPG is 25.1, more than half of my driving city driving. The only thing I've done that wasn't normal maintenance is the passenger motor mount. Which, for a 3, is normal maintenance. :D

The only downside to fully detailing my car is that I find a new scratch or two every time. :( My front is really getting a lot of rock chips now, too.

^^Mileage.

^^My friend whom I haven't seen since I was 18 got this for me when I got my license. It's been hanging around the rear view mirror of all three of my cars. (Beretta, Grand Am, 3).

I need to explain these next few photos. This car lot has been in this spot as long as I can remember. It's a vintage muscle car type place. There used to be TONS of cars there. I've seen several Super Bees, a Thunderbird or two, mostly Mustangs, a Camaro SS and RS, and even a Ford Fairlane convertible. The cars were sold to be restored, mostly. Some were restored there and sold ready to go, however. The place is pretty much abandoned now, though, and these rusted-ass Mustangs are all that's left.

They're working for me as well and the car looks great. I said it in another thread and I still really like how you painted your OE wheels :D

Check out Dr. Color Chip for those rock chips.

Thanks, everyone. I couldn't afford wheels like I wanted, so I turned to my friend after he sold his 3. He had aftermarket wheels on his when he got rid of it, but he still had the stockers from it as well. He had painted them black, but they showed a lot of wear. So, he re-did them and sold them to me with a fresh paint job for $100 bucks. Then, he helped me do the red stripe around them with caliper paint. I still have my stock wheels at home under my bed if I ever change my mind and want to go back.

And that Dr. Color Chip stuff looks amazing. I may get that when I get my next paycheck.
