Freon Leak?

:
2007 CX-9 Grand Touring & 2015 Mazda3 5-door Grand TouringS
Here are the symptoms:
Last week, got service done which included a clogged cabin air filter. There was so much debris.
Later that week, the drivers side ac blew warm while passenger and rear were okay.
Yesterday I did a test: I put the heater on and the drivers side was SO hot that it could burn. Then I turned the systems back to AC and the drivers side was very slow to blow COOL (not cold).

On our way to Orlando today (two weeks later) and there is only warm air being blown by the drivers side and passenger. The rear has completely stopped blowing.

What is going on?

Check blower motor relays. A/C on right but not left is a failed actuator which has a flap. It is reachable from behind the glove box. But it sounds like you have multiple parts failing. I would start with the front and rear a/c relays located in the engine compartment then replace the right/left dual zone actuator. Not changing your cabin filter ever will also heavily strain multiple components. I change mine about every 25k miles.
