Forge Bov

Does anyone know if there is any stalling issues with the forge bov on our cars?

I have had the Forge BOV on for a week or so now...no stalling issues at all. Pretty simple install too. You will only have issues if you shift into neutral above 4k or so...will have to downshift to stop...no biggie. Reset your computer to let the "relearn" idle speed and whatnot, shouldn't have any issues. (nana)

Check out the post in the "Forced Induction" section about teeing off of the brake booster line for your vaccum line...I am going to do this next weekend (have to order some nice silicone vaccum lines first).

Is the sound louder, and does it keep that cool turkey sound?

Turkey is a more "throaty" turkey with the Forge BOV and is louder, and it sounds at lower rpms. Meaning if you were stopped, and just reving the engine....it would be easier to "activate" the turkey. At least that is how it was on my engine. I have hardpipes and Injen CAI. I am getting an FMIC with Greddy BOV. If you want my Forge BOV with the MSP fit kit....PM me. It is in great condition.

Is the sound louder, and does it keep that cool turkey sound?

Right now I have the stock intake, so I get a blow-off whoosh turkey style...kinda hard to explain. It isn't the turkey, but it isn't a clean whoosh either...more of a turkey-whoosh if that makes any sense. I have heard that with an intake you will get the turkey followed by a whoosh...I am getting the Injen sometime next week most likely, so I can update you at that point as to the sound.
