for those with TurboXS TBE

I've searched quite a bit on here for an thread with someone talking about their turboXS TBE. but, normally only find MOST people are using just the DP/RP combo and a different CBE. well, after a few days with my turboXS TBE on. wow... its freaking LOUD! almost like a honda with an unhooked exhaust when it enters v-tech loud. (for those of you who know what im talking about) you know that thats LOUD! as soon as i hit boost i just cringe. so im DEF looking for a CBE system that will make this sound a lot more subtle. so throw out some suggestions please.. and for those who ARE using this system, chime in. thanks.

I am running racing beat with the turbo xs downpipe/racepipe. Its REALLY toned down compared to most tbe's ive heard for our cars. on the contrary, it has a real aggressive deep tone and sounds great. ZERO drone inside the cabin, you can hardly tell it has an aftermarket exhaust with the windows up. I have to roll down the rear windows to hear the rumble. From the outside though, the car is decently loud but real deep and aggressive. I am going to take off the 1st resonator soon to get a little more volume.

i thought corksport was supposed to be one of the loudest? havent looked into the racing beat much. i was thinking an HKS would kill the sound some? cause the turboXS is just too much.. makes me not even want to drive the car.

What about putting your stock CBE back on behind the DP/RP? This "Stealthback" is one of the recommended combos and is what I am running. It makes great power.

CS is kinda loud but livable. i love the sound of cs dp. rp. cbe

i wish i would have went that route in the first place but, i bought the turboXS off of EBAY slightly used for 500 bucks and it was pretty much new.

Got the full turbo xs tbe. Love it lol loud as **** but the best flowing exhaust they make hands down. Pdximport racer and i pretty much have the same mods but i make 3whp more. Not much at all but hey its a difference lol

you having any problems with backfires and popping? it only pops when im cruising in 2nd and slowing down or coming to a stop, and usually back fires loud as **** between 4th - 6th its only been on a couple of days, and i have a CEL that i need to fix.

NICE! well, outside of the car it sounds mean as hell and sounds really good. but inside the car its just sooo loud ESP in boost. just too much for DD. so im thinking going the HKS route cause i have heard the HKS with turboXS DP RP combo, just not from the interior.
