fog light doesnt work (fuse bulb, bumperside wiring all good)

:
03 MSP OJ
fuse is good, bulb looks good too, tested continuity on everything on bumper side, all good

can anyone give me a fog light diagram?

checked the connector beside the washer fluid reservoir, it show no voltage, (so it must be the foglight switch or relay?)

took the switch down today, think the relay is integrated in the switch itself

tested continuity the red white line is connected with the blue yellow line when switch is clicked

but i cant read any voltage from these 2 wires

edit: later i found out voltage reading only possible with "keys in, turn it on" and "hand brake down"

thks

looks like the relay is somewhere behind the steering wheel(boom04)

gonna try to find it tomorrow

after looking underneath for hours.... i am completely lost... anyone give me an idea where exactly the relay would be?

also i found this connector not connected. any idea? (red circled)

yea tanks. i just finished testing it.

it works, the blue wire has voltage after i turn on fog light , red wire gets voltage too.

same as the switch, blue yellow wire has voltage after i turn the switch on, red wire gets voltage.

also tested the fuse at fuse box, both 15A fuse for fog light works.

now the problem is i dont get any voltage from the plug right beside washer fluid reservoir

(so it comes down to the wire between fuse box to the washer fluid reservoir are some how disconnected?)

where can i start checking now? should i take the wire bundle out and follow the connector all the way back to fuse box?

The X-01 just represents the wire or harness, it isn't anything on the car. The wires must be damaged or you are testing the wrong connector. Have you tried new bulbs?

i tested everything on bumper side with the continuity setting on my multimeter, reading shows all good,

and i tested relay and switch for voltage all good ,and both relay + switch functions as i click them

but when i test the E7-03 connector(located near the windshield washer fluid that connects bumper side and engine bay side) both wires shows no voltage at all

so it must be something in between E7-03 and relay which is the wiring hidden behind radiator and headlights

(if u say E-01 is nothing, can i just reroute a new wire from relay toward the E7-03 connector? )

did more voltage reading

the fuse box only the bottom fog light fuse has constant 12volt no matter the car is on/off on its right pin, the top one doesnt have any voltage no matter car on/off switch on/off

does it work like this? or the top one suppose to have 12volt going through them when foglight switch clicked? (could anyone do voltage reading on this fuse when u turn on the foglight?)
