fml mazda trans

so, my fiance was driving home the other day and she was in the turning lane and started to go...then it stopped, then she tried
again but it barely moved. i replaced the clutch hoping it was that but it wasnt, car will hardly try and budge when on the ground but tires will spin in the air in every gear, i think its the diff but idk so now i have this trans sitting in my garage and i need a replacement and need to get rid of this one....any suggestions?

oh and i cound not dind the section with the types of direct bolt on trans i could use, i hear 2001 and up proteges and p5s but thats it tha thanks guys

Sounds like the Diff. My car had the same thing. I could tell you for sure if I could get the damn thing to start now...

it's you're differential for sure. How do we know? we've all been through the samething. lol
