FMIC + Radiator

It seems to me like the problem would be with the vaccum to the BOV, hopefully that is it. If its not does anyone know if it could be a bad BOV? I never had this problem till i put this BOV on. Thanks everyone.

This is what i did. I went outside and started the car and reved it up, the vaccum is around 5. I pulled the vaccum off the BOV and stuck a screw in it, and its at 25. I don't know if i got a bad BOV or maybe the seal on the bov is bad, im not sure exactly how they work but there has to be something to hold the vaccum. Anyone got anything that will help me, or is there any other aftermarket BOV i can use that will work without a Fuel management? Please anything would be greatly appriciated. Thanks

Just get the HKS SSQ and add the recirc fitting for it (it's sold as a kit). Your set up is flanged for it as the HKS recirc and the SSQ have the same mount.

You might have put the diaphragm all the way around or may have not sealed it
properly. Just take the two bolts away and check that the outer ring is in the right place. The order is : The base (larger part of the valve), then the diaphragm with the steel flange up, the spring and the cap of the valve.

Let me know.

I took the BOV lose, and just looked at it, the rubber ring possibly was alittle off centered or something. When i put it all back together, it works fine. Hopefully it continues to work fine, thanks everyone.

That is good. If you have any more problems with it, let me know and we'll send you a new one.
