fast and the furious 4. Not that bad

Don't let the banks or govt tell you how much of a house you can afford. Do the math yourself. Ask home owners what they pay each month for utilities. Calculate in new stuff you'll have to buy (furniture, a lawn mower, etc). Double check property taxes, and make sure you have enough left over at the end of the month for your usual expenses. A money management application such as Quicken is a great investment and will help you track your income vs. spending.

Also watch out for ARM mortgages. Don't bank on the interest rates staying the same or going down. If you can't afford the payment when the rate swings 2%, you can't afford the home. That's why a fixed-rate mortage, even if the rate is higher is a much safer solution in such an unstable economy.

There is no need for the financial advice...nobody has mentioned the movie yet. It was good and you should see it.

i can agree with that IF you are installing yourself, and u will not have to roll fenders....

fenders didnt need to be rolled. But after putting 25mm spacers on to space the stock wheels out, THEN I needed to roll my rear fenders, but used a baseball bat and it worked fine :)

Damn, $85? I've been eyeballing the Eibach Pro set myself.

I actually have dropzone springs. Bought them off ebay, they are 1.4 front and 1.4 rear drop. So just as much as the H&R springs everyone pays well over $200 for, they probably ride the same as the H&R as well. I've used dropzone spring son my wife's jetts for a year and a half now and the car still rides awesome, no blown shocks, no inside tire camber wear either.

Sure i'd love a set of BCs, but damn $800+ for coils is a lot of money for a daily driver
