I'm mildly lactose intolerant...but my sisters have a reallllly hard time with it. They can't leave the house without taking lactaid with them.
Instead of muscle milk, try Syntha-6. Its better quality protein and better on the digestive system as well. Tastes good too (I usually get strawberry and mix with OJ and soymilk).
For those that dont know...the test bed for the doritos taco was toledo...so its been out here like a year or more..though I can say that eating a ton of taco bell will probably do this to anyone.
As for how much is too much...I think if you produce enough to iceberg..thats probably a bit excessive.
As to why? Its not a constant...but im sure its got to do with late night snacks\ice cream. My wife is on nexium of which I probably SHOULD be on...but...im too cheap to pay $50 every 90 days when a good video game costs that.
