factory MSP tokico blues vs. aftermarket

I feel like this is a stupid question-- but are they exactly the same?

I ask b/c I can get a steal on a new set from a dealership that doesn't want them.

But if I'm going to pay full price for Tokico blues online, I think I'll just pay a bit more and get the Illuminas.

The spring plate height is 3/4" higher that the regular pro's. Go with the Hp or Illumina!

Roger. That's what I was thinkin' that I read the spring plate is different.

The plate is higher on the Aftermarket HPs or the stock MSP tokicos?

According to Tokico, they are NOT the same. The valving is apparently different, making the blues 12% stiffer or so.

Yeah I called them yesterday. The guy on the phone was not too sure lol, but he did state aftermarket HPs are stiffer.
