Extreme Machine turbo

Here's the first pictures of the Extreme Machine turbo system that they are making and installing on my MP3 right now.

That turbo looks great! I wish I have the money right to plant that in my MP3. Looks like it should be able to boost you some more hps making the car compete like it should. Make sure to keep us updated on the modifications, cons, and pros.

APEXIstud, here's a better view of the turbo:

It's small but it can take up to 300 hp. That's more than I need!!!

A 16g is plenty!!!
It is actually used by the DSm guys to upgrade there t25's. This turbo has great flow and will spool (max boost)at about 2900-3200 rpm.
The housing does not look as impressive as lets say a t3/4 but that would be overkill on our cars.

That is looking great so far Stou. How does one find out the statistics about these different turbos like their maximum output capabilities etc.....I'm not sure what would be the best turbo for the MP3.....aren't you using a 16G as well Spoolin?

I've got a question, how are the KKK turbos. I can get a K26 for a good price but I'm not sure what they compare to. Are they similar to a T3? Also, are their parts easy to get and are they compatable with other manufacturer's parts? Thanks for any advise.

I'm pretty sure the KKK turbos are used by VW and are a very respectable brand. Anyone else to verify this.

The exhaust flange looks very similar to the Garrett T3, does anyone know if they will connect right? Thanks for the input.

spoolinmp3, how much psi you are now running? Is the car still running fine? Any problem yet?

BigBlue, the turbo is a Mitsubishi TD05H-16g. TD05 is the housing model and 16g is the compressor wheel model. You can get a TD05 or TD04 with different compressor wheel model like 14g, 15g, 16g or 20g. To get specification, I did some research on the net for this model.

I don't know how are the KKK turbos.

I probably will use a T3, but this KKK turbo is such a good buy I was wondering if it is adaptable with the Garrett T3.

im not positive but, im pretty sure audi uses the KKK turbos maybe the TT or A/S4 i know ive read about that somewhere.

How many miles do you have on your car stou? It looks rough but I am guessing that is because of the area you live in, with all the snow and salt covering the roads probably.
The turbo is looking awsome and making me very jealous. I need to go become a doctor or something so I can put a turbo in my car Looks good man

MP3-Owner, I have only 9000 km on my car. You are right, it look rough because of the winter. Here in Canada we don't have the luck that some of you have in USA. Winter is rough and they put lots of stuff on the road (salt, sand and stone) and it is very rough on cars.

The turbo job look great. I can't way to get my car back!
