All you did was change the fluid? Nothing else at all?

Yes, so i check the tranny, and just a little bit of fluid is in there.

So, I drain what's left in there (about 5 cups), adn then I add a few quarts, and I cant engage it.

The hold light keeps blinking..

Sounds to me like you may have pulled the reverse pin out instead of the drain plug...OOPS
