Need help with e manage ultimate want to run on turbo setup. Dont know what to set the parameter settings to. fs-de motor not listed. Should i use my stock mas-air with a voltage clamp or pressure sensor with wideband o2. I cant get any of the posted maps to work with my software 1.09. Can anyone please help!!!!

I dont know what all the fuss is/was. I've been running it for 2+ years now. Not the ultimate though, but the blue converted to the gold edition. Works just fine. Very easy to use software.

Running it with an AEM WB, GM MAP, and a FM VC.

ok so im lookin into doing to emanagment on my car i think i got it i need the the unit itself all the harnesses, voltage clamp, but where do I get a o2 simulator for the primary 02

it's got the 3bar map sensor and all harnesses needed.

Yea, I signed up on the emanage forums last night.. Ill check on that other site.. Yea, I think Im getting a good deal.. Brand new, but doesnt have the disc or one of the harnesses (inj or ign, I forget) for the same price as yours..

Not really.

The voltage clamp will "clamp" the O2 sensor voltage at a specific amount so that that the ECU sees a slightly "lean" condition and will add more fuel. At least, that is how the Flyin' Miata voltage clamp works, and it is one way to get around the over bearing ECU fuel control.

An electronic O2 simulator will show the ECU a normal voltage reading so as not to throw a check engine light. This is simply to prevent a CEL.

The mechanical version pulls the O2 sensor out of the flow a little so that it sees a normal condition, and passes that along to the ECU. Once again, simply to prevent a CEL.

if there is a way to replace the maf with a map i'd love to do that.just dont know how you'd do that with the emanage.

I leave the air/gas alone untill boost and then use the map for the emanage to reference boost to know when and how much fuel to add and timing to adjust

as said already vc clamps voltage.

Also, you do not put the cel fix (02 sim as you call it) on the primary 02 sensor. car will run like s***, if at all.

It goes on your second 02 after the cat. its the one that tells your ecu the cat is working OK. If you do not take out your cat you dont need the cel fix at all.

If you do need the CEL fix, its a DIY thing, search around on here its simple and about $2 at radio shack.
