Yo the car is looking good, keep coming with the pics. I just want to ask you, when you did the headliner, did you do dye it yourself?, if so what did you use? If you didn't, then what type of place you bring it to get done? Just curious cuz i want to get my headliner done in the upcoming future.

Thanks for the comments, feels good to have support. God knows my GF has had it with me and my car.. lol
The map and dome lights were spray painted black and clear coated with a matte finish. I didnt want it to be a random glossy ricer piece on my roof. I will prob try to use the dye on the "o s***" bars too.
Dupli-Color sells a Vinyl and Fabric spray can.. They just started carrying it at auto zone. I used like 2 cans on the headliner and almost a full one on the sun roof door and trim. You have to use a lot to not leave spray lines.SIBalla23 said:

i also have shaved handles, shaved moldings, shaved badges, shaved rear latch... i only have the rear keyhole too... and a custom paint job... good to see ur getting back on ur feet... I to am soon to be gettin a new paint job AGAIN... to ORANGE and Black... My interior is gonna be Orange and black too...

yeah i am tryin to get it done very soon... cause im sanding down all my interior peices that way there smooth and then we painting, clear coating, wet sanding and buffing everything...

I am doing the same thing with all the interior panels after i fiberglass the door speakers into the panels. I am painting everything yellow though.

yeah thats sounds cool... cant wait to see ur car... the only reason im sanding all my peices before i paint um ic b/c i want to get rid of the texture that comes stock...

You might not have to do that if you use a really thick layer of primer. That is what was done to my side mirrors and they came out really smooth.

yeah but remember some of the interior peices fit tight so that might not work on the inside and hopefully wont crack...
