as long as your not making changes far below 3.1 tps volts the cars ecu shouldnt be learning anything from the standback being there, because it will be it open loop/wot conditions. if you are making changes on your tables below that point the car will be in closed loop most of the time so it will be able to learn and trim out the cooked signal from the SB. what exactly is your car doing? what are your fuel trims right now? If you can you should post screen shots of your maps tables...
