ebay t3 turbocharged p5

Looks like a Spool turbo kit. Definately a Spool tubular manifold.

edit: damn you McHaggis for posting at the same time.

i already have a turbo'd es and i dont need another moneypit so i just figured i would share in my bordom and searching ebay and i was just wonderin if they were from here, i dont remember seeing a green p5 turbo'd b4.........

for some reason i cant edit my post, i noticed it is black and i dont really even know why i thought it was green (drinking and no sleep probally)

yes it is a spool stage 2 kit, he is on this forum as ChicagoP5. his car is pretty clean.

I am so used to seeing Beau's (MAM) work of art manifolds that the one on this car looks like s***. Big ass nasty welds and not even ceramic coated. First thing to do to that car would drop that ugly manifold and get one from MENTAL ADDICTION MOTORSPORTS.

I guess some people just don't want to spend $4000+ on a turbo kit. My Spool manifold has held up just fine and made just as much power as a MAM kit, and s*** I was just running a FMU.

haha. My drunkness yesterday caused me to ebay search last night. I came across the same thing and saved to see how much he gets for it. Nice and clean

people tend to forget that back in the day, Spool Turbo was THE performance source for these cars. some of thier kits made very good power and the original Spool Turbo car (Turfburn) still puts down some of the best numbers around these forums

I did not know that. Thanks for the info.

When the mp3 was released, Spool was THE first company to mass produce a turbo kit for these cars. I had one on my car and never had an issue with it.

it would help to know more about the engine i.e forged, dyno stats stuff like that is the selling points.

but i do like the MSP rimes on the 5
