Driver's Window won’t go down

Driver's Side Window on my 2020 CX-5 won’t go down. It wants to but won’t. It was working fine yesterday. It’s 60 degrees out so it’s not frozen. All my other windows work.

The glass gets stuck to the gasket. Need to press the button up and down a few times until it gets free. Once unstuck, put some WD40 along the top of the glass to prevent it happening again. Annoying, but easily fixed.

Another reason is that the window regulator (no idea why it's called that!) is busted - tangled, frayed or jammed cable. However, it's a fairly newish car for this to happen, so?
