Could also be that kids have a built in GPS in their brain that directs them toward sugar/sweets no matter where they are.

This is true. lol My brother is 35 and my son is 9 years old. Don't EVER give them both sugar at the same time.

I'm pretty sure that we all dream all of the time, but there are 2 dreams that I have always remember. The first one was when I was a teenager, I alwys dreamed about me running in a long stretch of beach. In the dream I was chased by a lion and I had to make it to a cage were this badass babe was in it. However, everytime I was close to the cage I ended up waking up. This went on for a while, until I made it to the cage one time but it was my last time for the freaking lion got my ass before I got in! That was the end of that dream.

The second was one of those "dejavu" type of dreams, which it came true. I dreamed that I was somewhere in europe on a rainy morning or night. I was in uniform with an rifle and I got to the end of this truck and I saw this guy and others. I never gave the dream any more thought, then years later I joined the Army and I went to West Germany in 1982. I met my roommate who I swear, I thought I have seen him somewhere back home. However, he have never seen me not to mention that he was from some other town. Anyway, one morning we had an alert and we were at the motor pool getting ready to move out. This is were the "dejavu" comes in; The day was rainy and it was early in the morning (0430am). I was passing by my truck and by the time I reach the end of the trucks bed I saw my roommate (the guy) and the other people who were in my platoon. At that time, I just had this chill and I told my roomate: "This is were I know you from!"

I guess s*** happens. I'm retired Army know so go figures...

That is some fascinating stuff !! I wish I could explain deja' vu in dreams but i can't. Could just be random, could be completely relevant. In reality we constanly search for 'closure' in our experiences whether it's buisness deal, watching a sporting event, an argument, everyday interactions, etc. -yet dreams are usually open ended. Maybe because the unconscious mind is during the dream state is not being influenced by the framework of reality..I'm not sure..

I had some honey combs than went back to sleep and had a dream that I was driving my P5 and this noise was coming from the engine bay and my compression was low and Idle was rough. I get out of the car and look under the hood but I can't see anything wrong. the It hit's me -- MY VALVE COVER WAS SITTING ON MY TRANSMISSION CASE.

does this mean I'm gay?

The first dream is somewhat simple. Lions are known for their aggression but also for loyalty, strength and power. Thats why most kings and those in power respect the lion and have had this as symbols of either their monarchy or crests for family trees. (Richard the Lionheart for example). A cage in your dream usually symbolizes a sort of helplessness. A sort of restriction or lack of independence. The woman represents a goal worth achieving. For men, a sexy woman just sitting in the cage ready to be rescued by you is in itself a dream. I know I'M NOT going to just wait around in a cage half naked with a lion attacking anytime soon. lol But anywho....

When the lion reaches you, it means that you still havent met your goal. When you reach the cage and he STILL gets you, it means your obviously getting closer to reaching it. Now mind you, this could be a mental or physical goal. Could be a job promotion, finishing school, saving up for a new car.... could be anything. You'll have to think back and try to remember what it was that you wanted that you had a hard time getting. Or maybe an obsticle in your life at the time that you needed to overcome.

Second dream of deja vu happens alot. Sometimes these are also past life experiences with similar circumstances, which is simply a memory. When it actually happens like it did in your dream, your brain automatically remembers this like a "recall" and if this HAS happened before, you'll say... hey, I was here before. Which is entirely possible.
