I would s*** my pants if my car ran that quick. LOL. I'll be glad to get mine into the 13's next season:) 12's is just unimagineable for me.
 
very nice man. very respectable trap and et.

what kinda of afrw were you running at 18psi ? what kind of work did you get done to the head? Seemes like it made a big difference.

we tuned the car with the LM1 wideband (everybody should get one)

between 11.6 and 12.2

Runners were gasket matched and knife-edged. 4 angle valve job. Combustion chamber was relieved ever so slightly by the intake valves.

yeah this is the one i am using right now. I m curious about the head work. Di he have a valve job done? or was it just a mild port and polish job?

Im just trying to see where this power is comming from.

you guys pretty much have the same setup i think ... same turbo, piggyback, 18psi, etc ....... you two almost trapped at the same speed (109 vs 112) but have 0.6sec difference. tires maybe ?

if i were you, i would ask xsivspd how he did a 13.1 @ 12psi
or was that answered already ? THATs impressive.
 
hopefully, i'll be done with my engine before the end of the winter and be in the 13sec club too (maybe 12s hehe)

yeah, my head was stock, street tires etc... I was running about 11.5 afrs as well.

he sounds like he has a good setup going there!

what i like about this is i get to watch what he does and learn everything before doing it hehehe so i pretty much have a good idea of what to do and how much its going to cost me =)

I think Focus is lonely up there....someones gotta join him.
 
hopefully next summer i'll be there on a stock turbo.

anyone know if dinospeed has made a run since going to 24psi?? i heard he's around 380whp????
 
Here's another to add to the list. he's our friend here with a Turbo P5. he's a registered member but never posted

13.31 @ 106mph - P5FREEK - internals, 16g turbo, 2.5'' exhaust, 15psi, slicks , 50hp shot N.O.S
 
I'm coming for ya Focus.

Can a MSP with a stock turbo, stock intercooler, stock pipes, and stock intake hit 12's? We'll find out friday.

The good thing is I don't have to worry about bracket racing. So I can take my time and get the launch right.
